Refunds:

1. Refund Processing:We don’t have refund policy as well as return policy . We do only exchange below is the conditions.

Exchanges:

Yes we do exchange if size issues , wrong product (Other model) or defective (7a quality,10A quality, first copy) Please make an unboxing video when you receive parcel 360 degree angles video where it shows defect , or issue without cut and pause in 1 video only. We don’t return/exchange if you compare with original or Product video  , Like stiches (extra thread ) , colors light or dark , laces colors , Logo stitching as every time factory manufacture may have little different. Brand box will be there but not as same as shown in Video. For more details or want specific same box or have any confusion before buying please connect with our team we will assist you.  

For 6a quality, second copy or Indian made shoes we do not have return, exchange policy in term of size, quality , material and finishing as all these are budget shoes so it manufacture at low cost. If you agree with it please order on website otherwise select 7a quality shoes.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, Shoe box, packing and extra accessories .

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel the order then your advance 200 will not be returned or also if it is prepaid then 10% amount will be deducted.
